The future isn't coming.
It's already here.
I ask big questions. I build real things.
The future belongs to the people who start building before anyone tells them they can.

should be the ones solving it.
Generative AI has made that sentiment a lot more accessible and realistic.
I want to build a marketing team where the gap between having an idea and shipping it is as small as possible.
This is what that looks like in practice.
Who writes this?
I'm Thalía.
I run marketing at GoTu, the largest dental staffing marketplace in the US. I've spent the last few years transforming our marketing organization into an AI-native operation, building an infrastructure of 100+ AI-powered agents, workflows, and solutions that power everything from intent-based signal marketing to conversational outreach and personalization.
I believe marketing teams should build like engineering teams. That means designing systems, not just campaigns. It means treating AI as a core material, not a bolt-on. The team I've built at GoTu operates that way, and it's changed how we think about growth entirely.
Already Tomorrow is where I share what I'm learning along the way. How I think about AI-native marketing, the systems I'm designing, and what it actually looks like to build this way. Not the polished version. The real one.

There is no schedule. Just an email when I finish building something I think is worth sharing.
